Case study - Ebuyer
Following a successful project with newly acquired online retailer Ebuyer, we spoke to the CEO and Head of Operations about the steps the IMPACT EVOLVE team took to improve its operational effectiveness.
Ebuyer is one of the UK’s largest online retailers of electronic goods. They are also one of the few eCommerce retailers in the UK that manage all their own logistics. 3 months after its recent acquisition, the management team recognised they were missing fundamental knowledge to address some important problem areas.
That’s why they called in IMPACT EVOLVE who got to work quickly to help them plug the gaps:
We quickly got to an agreement on work that would tackle some of the key supply chain management challenges the business faces
Ran a recruitment process to onboard a new Head of Operations
Provided a detailed report of areas in the business that required attention and actions to be taken.
